This week Kauri received a Duffy certificate for working very hard during writing time by showing perseverance. Well done Kauri, keep up the good work!

Term 2 Week 3

Space Art

 Our Topic this term is all about space. Room 6 created some beautiful space art with Mrs Stevens. The artwork will be display in the school's hall.

On Friday we planted a tree to commemorate the coronation of King Charles 111.

Play is such an important part of child development and is hugely beneficial. In room 6, we are learning to form relationships, build valuable social skills and we are having fun together as a class.

Maths is fun! 

Blessing and Greer loves to challenge each other during reading time, to see who can write the most of their spelling words correctly. Big smiles all the way!

 Room 6 have been working very hard on practicing to write their numbers correctly and ordering numbers up to 20.

I am so proud of all the children in Room 6 for working so hard!

Welcome to Term 2

 

I am very excited to be teaching in Room 6 this year, while Miss Love enjoys this precious time with her beautiful baby boy Huxley! I am looking forward to teach all the amazing kids in Room 6 this year and get to know their whānau.
